Join us for Morning Movement, a monthly series designed for moms to unwind and connect. Each first Sunday of the month, enjoy a 45-minute reformer Pilates class followed by a refreshing drink from a nearby cafe (selected each month). After class, we'll take a short walk to the chosen cafe, where you can relax and socialize with fellow moms. A perfect blend of fitness, fun, and community—come for the workout, stay for the conversation!
